Foozle ("we," "us") is operated by Salveo Capital LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Foozle and how we use it. By using Foozle, you agree to the practices described below.
When you submit a score to the leaderboard, we collect:
This data is stored on our backend provider, Supabase. We do not collect your real name, email address, location, or any other personal information unless you choose to enter it as your player name.
Foozle stores small amounts of data in your browser's local storage to make the game work — for example, to remember your preferences and to apply a short rate limit on score submissions. This data stays in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic request information (such as IP addresses and timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We do not use this information to track individual users.
We use the data you submit only to display the leaderboard. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data if required by law.
Foozle is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you'd like a score removed from the leaderboard, email us at contact@foozle.app with the player name and approximate submission date.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Foozle after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
